  • SayedDollar provides online trading education services including courses, video lessons, mentorship sessions, community access, and a dashboard for tracking trading accounts.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Enrollment and Payments

  • Course enrollment details, pricing, and payment terms are communicated on a per-student basis. By enrolling, you agree to the payment terms discussed at the time of enrollment.
  • All payments are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing for new enrollments at any time. Existing enrolled students will not be subject to price increases for their current plan.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the SayedDollar platform — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, charts, templates, and software — is owned by SayedDollar and is protected by copyright law.
  • You may access and use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
  • Recording, screen-capturing, or sharing our live sessions or course materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform or its related systems.
  • You may not harass, abuse, or harm other students, instructors, or staff.
  • You may not share, resell, or distribute our educational content without written authorization.
  • You may not use our platform to promote competing services or to solicit other students for commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayedDollar and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of (or inability to use) our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
